How to edit font in a PDF file on Mac?

When you launch the PDF Editor for Mac, it will pop up a dialogue asking you to open the PDF file you want to edit. After opening the file, you can edit it directly.

1. Change font and font size in PDF file

Choose "Touchup" tool in the toolbar and drag it to select the PDF text that you want to change the font properties. When the selection is in a text box, click "Format -> Font -> Show Fonts" option from menu bar. In the pop up dialogue, you can change the font and font size as you like.

Note: If the chosen font is different from the font encoding in the text, it will pop up a prompt to remind you that the change will not be done.

2. Change font color in PDF file

If you want to change the default font color for better reading or printing, please choose "Touchup" tool in the toolbar at first. Then drag the tool to select text that you want to edit. You can choose the font color like red, blue, black, green and yellow directly from "Format -> Color" menu. Or click "Format -> Color -> Show Colors" option to set the font color as you like.

Now, you can save the changes by clicking "File -> Save" option from menu bar. If you don't want to overwrite the source PDF file, click "File -> Save As" option instead.
